What a beautiful chubby little guy! He was wide awake and would have nothing to do with falling asleep. He wanted to see everything that his big brother was doing. Being one month old makes it more difficult to get sleepy scrunched up newborn images. At this age they know that there are things to see in this world and also realize that they can spread out and take up some real estate :). Typically our goal is to get newborn images at around one week of age. But circumstances happen. If a newborn or mom has a longer stay in the hospital or if they are unable to be around people right away, the session needs to be put off to a later date. That certainly doesn’t mean that you won’t get beautiful images. I think this little guy proves that. What a sweetheart for letting us scrunch him up for a couple of shots. Certainly very patient with us.
Big brother was so patient while we waited for his baby brother to fall asleep. It was now his turn to join in on the fun. Look how much they look alike. They are definitely brothers.
Mommy brought his Baptism gown for some pictures and look how precious he looks in it. This was his Daddy’s gown that was made by his Grandmother. The most amazing thing is that it’s made from fibers from Banana leaves. How amazing!
