NAPERVILLE CHICAGO PREMIER PHOTOGRAPHER…”Happy New Home”

We are really settling into life at the new downtown studio and it feels great! Once AT&T FINALLY finds the time to reconnect our phones things will be fully back to normal. We’ve already seen a number of friendly faces pop in already. Yesterday one of my sweet clients, the “W” Family sent me the sweetest welcome gift, this yummy basket of goodness. What a wonderful surprise. I had to take a few pictures quickly before they were completely devoured! Sugar cookies are an absolute favorite around here. I am so blessed to be able to do a job I truly love and to meet and make life long friendships along the way. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness, it really made my day!

Naperville Chicago Photographer…Heaven and Hell Bootcamp

OK I’ve been wanting to post these gorgeous guy on my blog for awhile now. There were so many from this shoot to choose from so your going to get them all. If you haven’t heard of Heaven and Hell Bootcamp in Lisle then you’re missing out. I had decided that this was my year to get fit and have I have been going to the gym faithfully since January. 4 to 5 days a week I would go in and do the elliptical and weights for an hour and a half. I was seeing results but slowly. A little over a month ago I decided to brave the Heaven and Hell workout because Kim at the studio was singing their praises daily. I wasn’t sure my body was quite ready for a boot camp but was willing to give it a go. Let me tell you that it has been the BEST decision that I’ve made when it comes to my workout! 45 minutes of bootcamp a couple of days a week along with going to the gym is starting to transform my body. I have muscles again!!! I can even do boy push ups!!! Whoop whoop!!! That is quite an amazing feat for me. Now I certainly don’t look like a super model or even close BUT I feel better and my clothes are fitting better. The added bonus is my back is not hurting anymore because I’m strengthening my abs. My poor abs have been neglected for decades and they are so happy that they’re not being ignored any longer . If you’re thinking of adding strength training to your weekly workout regimen, this is the place to go! It doesn’t mean that you have to leave your current fitness routine of choice. I truly believe that changing up your routine a couple of days of week makes working out a bit more tolerable and your body will love you for it. Not to mention who wouldn’t want these hotties training you!

Naperville Chicago Photography Studio…Grand Opening Success!

I know that this post is so belated! I’m not sure what we were thinking by having a grand opening during our busiest season! I’ve been dying to get some of these pictures posted from Friday nights grand opening but have been inundated with sessions. So…it’s about time for me to thank each and every one of you for coming to celebrate our opening. We had well over 80 people stop by during the evening!! I was completely taken aback by all of the wonderful friends, family and photography families that stopped in and celebrated with us. You know that I love you all!! I wish I had more pictures to share but of all things this photographer forgot to take pictures . I was so caught up with friends and wonderful conversation that it completely slipped my mind to take some photos of the event. Thankfully my sweet daughter picked up the camera and snapped a few images of the evening (please excuse the fact that most of the pictures are of her and her friends ). Nonetheless, it was so thoughtful of her to pick up where I obviously had failed. Love you darlin!!!

I do have to give a standing O to Kris Warren and her uber talented daughter Tory of KWarren Designs for their amazing catering skills. Everyone is still talking about their culinary delights . If you need floral arrangements for the holidays or for a special event he is your man.
